the mighty ibm...

i was trying to sleep at 2230 last night, but couldn't shut my eyes. got up around 2300 and changed my .net passport's password (woah!!! confusing...passport follows by password @_@'), i suddenly remembered there was incident couple days ago with my msn messenger.

one of my buddy list, who is rarely online, suddenly logged in, sent me an url, and logged off. without any suspicion (hey, you gotta trust your friends, correct? ^^' - trying to defend myself here :d), i clicked it. while my browser was opening the url, i realized the link has my email address, and knew it that the message was a hoax (or my friend went cuckoo ^^'). i looked up the website, and saw two executable files, must be the worm/virus/trojan/etc. i had heard that there was (is?) worm spreading in msn messenger, i guess i was one of the victims (aww man...silly me T_T). decided to change the password because the worm might impersonate as me. so, if you received any link from me via your msn messenger, don't click it if it contains your email address or any kind of email address (please click the other links that are sent by me tho T_T). i have no idea what kind of worm was it, but if any of you know, just comment this post ^^v.

done with that, browsing for a while, tried to go to dreamland again, and the attempt was a failure. got up around 0010 and decided to browse and have a little chit-chat with acilsan, my twin brother ^^. around 0200, i attempted to go to sleep again. not for long, i remembered something, something from my past experience.

alley, a port (i think), old european style building, old small houses, and a bus tour. trying to remember where was i at that time. was it in singapore? nah, couldn't be. i don't remember see that building. were my parents there? yeah, they were, with my older brother...*lost in deep thoughts*...gah! can't remember, i guess i'm going to ask them tomorrow...*still thinking*....wait, i remember something....hey, ripley's believe it or not museum...singapore? nah....*still thinking*...my uncle and aunt were there too...mmm...house made of huge tree log...*still lost*....dang it!! where was it!....ah, i remember...florida!....was visiting my cousin in gainsville. i guess my mind was playing trick with me last night. then not for long, i was unconscious...zzzz...^^v.

woke up around 0600 and, as usual, take extra time to rest ^^. took a shower around 0645 and so on until i was home, done from interview. updated my blog regarding today's interview, read a book by david h. eberly. you don't recognize him, huh? of course, he is not a novel writer ^^. the title of his book is 3d game engine design: a practical approach to real-time computer graphics [isbn 1558605932]. just curious, why many people recommend this book ^^. anyway, i felt sleepy and decided to take a nap. got up around 1300, and 2-3 minutes later my cell phone (or handphone) rang. it was from ibm and they want to interview me tomorrow around 1730. i had to ask her again when she said she was from ibm, just to make sure my left ear heard her correctly ^^. i said sure and she said she was going to send an email on the details.

she sent me twice. one of the emails said, hi ronny, aha!!! my competitor, huh? ^^. anyway, she didn't tell me which position i've applied for, and i don't quite remember which one. but, i am quite sure i sent my resume for this position: trainee - software engineer [vacancy code: 32830].
